For the 4th of July this year I brewed 12 quarts (3 gallons) of fresh herbal sweet tea to share with the neighborhood as we watched a fantastic fireworks show that my buddy Brian had prepared.
What was in this brew:
Narrowleaf Plantain Leaves
Self Heal flowers
Lemon Balm leaves
Heritage Rose petals
Violet leaves
Blackberry leaves
Mountain Mint leaves
Sugar (1qt for 3 gallons)
