Summer Sweet Tea Brew

For the 4th of July this year I brewed 12 quarts (3 gallons) of fresh herbal sweet tea to share with the neighborhood as we watched a fantastic fireworks show that my buddy Brian had prepared.

What was in this brew:

• Narrowleaf Plantain Leaves
• Self Heal flowers
• Lemon Balm leaves
• Heritage Rose petals
• Violet leaves
• Blackberry leaves
• Mountain Mint leaves
• Sugar (1qt for 3 gallons)
