Prep
You will need a large pot, a skillet, a baking dish, and aluminum foil. Cut the cream cheese into six pieces.
Step One
Cook the Penne Pasta in boiling water until it is Cooked “al dente” or firm to bite but still cooked through. This usually takes around 8 minutes. Drain the pasta.

Brown 1/2 lb. of Ground Turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat until mostly cooked but slightly pink. This should take about 5 minutes.
Step Four
Combine the Penne Pasta and browned Ground Turkey in a baking dish. Pour Tomato Sauce over the mixture and stir it in a bit to ensure all the pasta is coated. Sprinkle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese on top, ensuring its evenly covered.
Step Five
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in an oven preheated to 415°F for 20 minutes.
