Pinhole leak in water heater intake (old gray pb) pipe caused it to flood and extinguish the pilot light. Was able to repair by replacing that section of pipe, draining flooded water pan with a shop vac, and reignite pilot.

I’m eventually going to have to replace all the old PB pipe. I have the tools, just need to coordinate and execute the job!
