An easy and tasty way to eat a nutritious green!
Prep
You will need a strainer, mixing bowl, a sharp knife, and a flat oven-safe pan. Pre-heat your oven to 415° and use the strainer to clean the Brussel Sprouts thoroughly.
Step 2:
Cut the Brussel sprouts in half and add to the mixing bowl.

Heat the butter in a microwave-safe container for 8-10 seconds. Stir in Salt and Pepper until smooth.

Spread the Brussel Sprouts flat side down on the oven pan and place on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the outer layer of the Brussel Sprouts darken and they are soft enough to poke with a fork on the cut side.
2 tablespoons of Avocado Oil makes an excellent vegan substitute to Butter for this recipe.
