Prep
You will need a strainer, mixing bowl, a sharp knife, and a flat oven-safe pan. Pre-heat your oven to 415° and use the strainer to clean the Brussel Sprouts thoroughly.
Step 2:
Cut the Brussel sprouts in half and add to the mixing bowl.
Step 3:
Heat the butter in a microwave-safe container for 8-10 seconds. Stir in Salt and Pepper until smooth.
Step 5:
Pour the butter mixture over the bowl. Stir gently to completely coat the Brussel Sprouts.
