An easy protein that leaves enough over for lunch the next day!

| Ingredient | Amount |

| Rack of ribs | 1 |
| Salt | 1 table spoon |
| Pepper | 1 table spoon |
| Lemon juice | 2 teaspoons |
Prep:
Remove ribs from packaging and wash them off with water. then pat dry with a paper towel. Put a sheet of parchment paper on your baking pan and place the washed ribs on top.

Use your fingers to rub the salt and pepper into the rib meat.
