
Prep:
Remove ribs from packaging and wash them off with water. then pat dry with a paper towel. Put a sheet of parchment paper on your baking pan and place the washed ribs on top.
Step 1:
Spread 1 teaspoon of lemon juice over the top of the ribs. sprinkle on half the salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Use your fingers to rub the salt and pepper into the rib meat.
