Refunds and Return eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be more than 98% unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned without proof of defect so please photograph any issue to ensure your refund can be processed.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at the discretion of Good Chicken Gardens.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Item Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at GoodChickenGardens@gmail.com or leave a message at 770-274-4544 and a representative will contact you within 48 hours to approve and orchestrate the exchange.

Gifts

Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment even if it is marked as a gift.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must speak with a representative via phone or email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect on side of Good Chicken Gardens. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
