Delicious, nutritious, and perfect for breakfast on the go!

Water1 1/2 Cup
Banana1 Whole
Rolled Oats1 Cup
Plain greek yogurt1 Cup
Frozen blueberries1 Cup
Honey1 Tbsp
5 minute prep time

Prep

You will need a blender large enough to hold all ingredients without overfilling. Peel the Banana.

Step One

Combine Water, Banana, Rolled Oats, Plain Greek Yogurt, Frozen Blueberries, and Honey in the blender.

Step Two

Blend until smooth then enjoy!
