Prep

You will need a sharp knife, a skillet, and a plate. Wash and chop the two Roma tomatoes and four Romaine Lettuce leaves.

Step One

Add the Salt and Pepper to the Ground Beef in the skillet and cook on Medium High heat until brown, stirring often. Once fully browned, transfer the ground beef to a plate.

Step Two

Open 1 can of Refried Beans and heat in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. You can also make refried beans yourself if preferred.

Step Three

Using your skillet, cook the tortillas in the leftover fat from the ground beef for approximately 60 seconds on each side. Add Butter 1 tablespoon at a time if necessary to ensure there is always oil in the pan to make the tortilla crispy.

Step Four

Assemble your tacos by adding the browned ground beef, refried beans, and chopped tomatoes to the crispy tortillas. Top with chopped Romaine lettuce, sour cream, and (if desired) hot sauce. Enjoy!

Good Idea:

You can also add Jalapeno Powder, Garlic, Onion Powder, or any other spices you so desire to the ground beef while cooking to up the ante of taco night. Experiment with different toppings such as shredded cheese, avocado slices, or a squeeze of lime juice to customize your tacos to your taste.
