This classic sauce is always a winner!
Olive Oil | 1 tsp |
Roma Tomatoes | 4 whole |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Garlic Powder | 1 tsp |
Dried Oregano | 1 tsp |
Prep
You will need a frying pan with a lid. Chop tomatoes into small pieces.
Step One
Place pan on Medium-High heat and add the Olive Oil, Roma Tomatoes, Salt, Garlic, and Dried Oregano to pan. Stir thoroughly and cover.
Step Two
Cook in two minute increments, stirring in between. The tomatoes should be a saucy texture in approximately 10 minutes. Serve over entree of choice!
