Salt and Pepper Ribs

An easy protein that leaves enough over for lunch the next day!

Rack of ribs1
Salt1 table spoon
Pepper1 table spoon
Lemon juice2 teaspoons
Cook for 90 to 120 minutes at 350 degrees


Remove ribs from packaging and wash them off with water. then pat dry with a paper towel. Put a sheet of parchment paper on your baking pan and place the washed ribs on top.

Step 1:

Spread 1 teaspoon of lemon juice over the top of the ribs. sprinkle on half the salt and pepper.

Step 2:

Use your fingers to rub the salt and pepper into the rib meat.

Step 3:

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the other side

Step 4:

Place ribs meat side up on the baking sheet and cook in the oven for 90 to 120 minutes at 350 degrees.
